The mage wasn’t stuck in a state of being lit on fire for much longer after his initial call. A Rue Rom acted like a geyser, drenching and damaging the wavemaster. His list updated automatically, the name appearing gradually. The process looked like something writing it in, cursive even, but the wo...

One by one, the party waited in front of the door that led to the fire room. Which room they were headed towards was obvious, the Vak symbol made that much clear. What would be on the other side of the door? No doubt something pertaining to the forever singeing flames. However, the wavemaster lacke...

Hijinx had appeared, but that was it so far. Ryok, Zhao, Tokki…none of them were anywhere to be seen. They could still be on their way, but hopefully none of them had chosen to stay behind. If so, the decision was theirs, and backtracking to search for them would be futile. That forest had been a m...

The group was split, but once Nighthand moved out, the decision was already made. If people started leaving, beginning with the highest level there, then the chances for surviving the field drastically decreased. Turning to the others, the wave master waited to see if anyone else was going to follo...

Camping this weekend, so I've been trying to get all my work done before then...so I've been busy/am busy. I'll make sure to at least get a post in before I go. Once I've dealt with an entrance post, it'll require less time to think of things.

That dual action summoning was impressive, but painful for all of the senses. His hands still burned from the contact forced by the ceremonial posturing. His ears were mostly unaffected, the sounds of crashing thunder already well established from past experience. The same went for his sense of sme...

Watching as the snake still had yet to open it’s eye from the previous closing, the Great Elite tilted upwards. One quick utterance of Rai Kruz was all it took to keep the damage climbing. The rotating spheres did not pause, but rapidly struck the Obelisk near it’s zenith. The spell caster prepared...

During the day any day would be bad. Nights during the weekdays would really depend on how late things were, given that in theory I'd want to sleep by 1AM. Weekend nights probably work though, given some notice as plans are made daily.

I'd want to agree on the schoolyear...but it's not as if the posting was going well before the year started either. I second the lack of new posts part though...when it feels like the quest is a duo, it loses something. Active and GM quests...that's why I came back. We've only got half of that right...

High powered summoning spells were no longer available at this point, any of those would instantly turn his bowel sized energy into barely enough to fill a teaspoon. Besides, they obviously weren’t dealing enough damage to finish this. The pure length of this encounter had left it’s mark, and SP ju...

Oddly enough, none of the counterattacks imagined ever took shape. No hindering status spell messing with his controls, vengeful teeth sinking into his body, nuclear powered spells of mayhem sucking him up with a black hole…none. Instead, everyone else did a pretty good job at keeping the snake occ...

The burning bird did score a bull’s eye, but the result was less satisfying after witnessing the rest of the series of spells. Tokki’s incantation wasn’t the thing drawing his attention, but instead the burst of offensive magic from Nighthand, his own element even. Once the heavy blade finally corr...

Blue Magic Guide: Blue Magic Law: The First Law of Blue Magic: To learn an ability, the caster must be hit/affected by the spell. The Second Law of Blue Magic: Potential Blue Magic can be defined as spells, excluding of course that which are different, such as skills and summons. The Third Law of Bl...

The damage blipped above the targets, zero. Neither of the titanic creatures must have been hurt, eliminating darkness as a viable option for the battle. Switching off to a different wand almost immediately, the wizard settled for the first one which he felt while groping around his bag. The Expert...

It was more of a feeling than anything else, but Yarthkins had felt like it had been productive. The route of the soil might have very well been the most useful type of attacks to continue using. Yet, this boss seemed to be able to pick up on patterns and counter them, so using another earth spell ...
