The mage had initially planned on just sitting by the newbies, but in the end waiting bored him too much so he moved on to bigger and better things. Having found a random corner no one was occupying, the guy went on to planning. Every single item was laid out in neat rows, while he took a physical ...

New tenants. That summed up the situation rather completely. A twin blade, two long arms, and an archer had all seemed to be part of the new patch. Outside of Armina, he knew none of the others well, if at all. The wavemaster had participated alongside Lighteria for an event, but that was the exten...

The wavemaster finally stirred, having gotten enough sleep for the time being. Sleep, food, basic acts of hygiene… there were many things unnecessary for their bodies while in The World. Yet, the mind was there, and at the very least it requested a break now and then. How much of what resided in th...

After getting back, the wavemaster really wished he could just go and take a nap. The monkeys, riddles, gargoyles, snake, dragons, hydras, and then finally Primal had done a number on him. That was true for him physically, mentally, and item wise. As much as sleep called him, he needed to prepare f...

Already being one of the dead, Rayo was able to fully witness the massacre that took out the entire party. Had they been so unprepared and arrogant that they’d finally been beaten down? Despite their quick revival, it did point out their inherent weakness as those following the system rules to a gr...

Not going anywhere, but I doubt I'll be able to post before Tuesday. I was writing for Mage tonight, and tomorrow I'll be writing more too. Plus, we should be doing a short segment then as well. If we have a full session on Monday, I won't be able to post then either. If not, I'll post by then. *cou...

The plan had worked, but almost too well. After sending off his fiery invitation to Primal, the response was more than he’d expected. Two thirds of the airborne threats homed in on him, spinning past left and right, from all directions. A quick Ap Do helped him speed out of the path of a segment th...

Life could be fleeting sometimes, though thankfully not as much as it could have been. The scale segments that had impacted him had less edges on them, but it didn’t help the pain, only his ability to remain whole. His health was rather low, a blinking red condition according to his menu if he care...

Finally, Nall had been ejected from the troublesome third form the beast possessed. The fact Nighthand joined in had sped the process along quite nicely. Once Nall was revived and both of them pounded away with skill after skill of specialties, then Primal was rather defeated, temporarily at least....

Did anything phase the beast? Canti, Senna, and Dien all struck the sturdy plant with a series of blows, but they ended up injured and injected after making their moves. Phoenix and his associate failed to get out uninjured as well; Primal seemed far too capable to deal with close range threats. Th...

Despite the pair of Ap Corv enchantments in place, both Dien and Senna relied on their magical talents. Perhaps Ap Corma on them as well would have been a better investment than his original choice. Oh well, they could utilize their strength boosts if they find it necessary to cut loose of the loca...

The party pulled together rather well to smack around the beast. Hijinx and his blob, Phoenix, and Zan all managed to deal enough sizeable damage for his visibility to increase. As a ghost, his senses were so much more attuned to the normal patterns that living inside of Primal. His release occurre...

Not this week, but the week after I should be gone from wednesday to saturday more or less. I might be able to post on the end dates, or I might not be home a day longer in either direction.

Just as things were going so well… Phoenix had accepted his role and was only waiting for Hijinx to supply the items. Unfortunately, the plan took too long to come to fruition. The results came in from the first wave of spells and summons, but so did Primal’s counterattack briefly after. Disappeari...

His own spell combination blast resulted in nothing, Primal almost seemed to pause momentarily but in the end dodged them both. No questions were readily answered by such a response; did Primal want to avoid having more electricity pulse around his body, or did the idea of being struck by the claws...
