Lighteria, too, if he managed to bring himself together after the fight against the skeletons, but I haven't heard from/seen him in a while...

Lights has been online. I can guarantee that much. What he's been up to or if he's had time to work on things, I dunno. Haven't spoke to him. I'll give him a ring when I can.

Yes, believe it or not, a second post up in the first round here. Le gasp. It's mostly some development, minor reactions to what's goin' on, etc. Really, the only point to read it is seeing Baron go into the traditional depressing spiral. Lovely. Way to bear the bad news calmly, Sekai. >.>;

Speaking of such, I need to stop scripting with her. Short little remarks turn into enormous conversations. BEWARE.

Apologies for the long time it took to write. I'm hoping my posting hell day I'm taking today breaks whatever lame ass writer's block/funk I've been in for three months now.

@Locke: You can shut up now. Kthnx. DX

So we should probably figure out an attack pattern or something. As far as I can tell its Dien, Canti, Phoe, and I who are attacking the guard? I'm gonna imagine that this probably gonna take some scripting or what not, but a plan is probably a good idea.

Why not just all blast him at once, save the trouble? Seriously, lone guard, whose only weapon is a spiked gauntlet- I think you can take 'im.

Oh, and a side note, I remember a claws comment by Senna earlier. As the resident treasure hunter (I'm not a thief, what are you talking about. >.>), I raise the suggestion that we make sure to remove said gauntlet(s) and make use of them ourselves. Certainly a small weapon would be better than none, though it'd be even better if we had a Fist Fighter who could implement them properly.

I think Dien and Baron are likely to get along splendidly on account of that remark. ^_^

Anyway, the plan is to hit him all at once. I'm giving Nighthand a Vulcan(?) summon to work with, and praying he rolls high enough to amplify it. I would recommend that anyone with abilities sufficient for attacking do so. So far, I know that Canti is charging up an attack, and that Phoenix can still do his windblades thing (kinda?). Raq, if you've got some attack ability, you definitely should try using it.

Oh, and Senna, bring him closer, if you would. ^_^

And how we're going to attack him if he's outside of the cells while everyone who can attack is inside of the cell?

Firing through the hole I'm assuming.

The hole it is. Fortunately for Dien, the particular ability he's using deals out damage in pretty much the same way a summon spell does, so I don't have to have anything other than a line of sight to be able to use it.

Any thoughts for those of us without access to powers at the moment? As in...anyone have a plan that actually could utilize those of us without anything?

I was considering reforming on the ceiling and falling on top of the guy once the fireworks are done, if just for the comedy of it.

As for what to do in the cells, that's a good point. Apart from observation, introspection and cheerleading the options are slim.

Yeah, there's not all that much for people trapped in the cells to do if they don't have abilities they can use stand-alone. That's partially why it's not going to be too difficult to escape. Though you didn't hear it from me.

Yay for multi-colored rainbow posts! Anywho, next round up... and I totally call dibs on the gauntlet, at least Libra might be able to use it. Unless one of you have some talent as a FF, anyway. :P
