Hanged man is the one you mean Nighthand. I used that one during the dungeon where you add Mia and Elk to your group. The battle with Skeith was the only other time in the game I've ever used scrolls. I did not use any money on them. I had a good collection, a few lv.3s and tons of lv.1 and lv.2s to use.

it called hang man. status scrolls dont work on bosses. i think

Thats the place you go after you beat the game. Go there to fight
Parasite Dragon. i was freaked out when i saw him speacially since i wasnt prepaired and i havent save after the mega level ups i got. at least it only took me 3 tries to beat him. :) wit out help too. :D i mean help lik from web sites telling you how to beat them.
